At Joe E Brown Park on Thursday three kids were run over by a car. The Mid-City Bears were just getting done with football practice. Kenya Modisett was parked in the grass; she pulled out not knowing that the children were sitting right in front of her car. The three kids were Akayla Burt, Akyia Burt and Neil Goodlow. The kids conditions are that Akyia was treated and released, Akayla is in serious condition and Neil is in fair condition.
