Father Suffocates Son | Toledo Ohio Child Injury Lawyer
26-year-old Eric D. Griffin pleaded guilty to suffocating his four-week-old son with a pillow and was sentenced to 12 years in Prison
Reports said Griffin wanted to stop the newborn from crying. He removed the pillow when the infant stopped making noise.
When he saw that the baby was not breathing, he left the house. The baby was found by his grandmother and rushed to Lourdes Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Griffin pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter.
