Family struck while crossing the street | Fremont Ohio child injury lawyer
Police are investigating an accident that left one child dead and two others injured.The accident occurred Tuesday night when a mother and her sons, ages 7 and 8, were crossing the street after running some errands. As they crossed a Crown Victoria driven by Dagoberto Trevino struck the family.
They were all transported from the scene to nearby hospitals. One of the boys died shortly after arriving. The mother is being listed in serious condition.
according to the police, Trevino and two of his friends who were in the car at the time did stay at the scene of the accident and were cooperating. Trevino stated that he just did not see the family crossing.
At this time no charges have been filed.
