Family Files Suit Over Escalator Death | Toledo, Ohio Child Accident Attorney
At a mall in Auburn, Mass., four-year-old Mark DiBona was stepping onto an escalator at Sears and the momentum of the handrail pulled him into a 6-¼ inch hole between the escalator and the plexiglass barrier and he fell a story and as a result had severe head injuries.
