Clyde High School girl flown to Toledo Hospital after crash | Toledo Ohio Child Accident Attorney

An accident on Monday evening on one of the rural roads near Clyde sent a teenager to the Toledo Hospital with serious injuries. Taylor Hughes was flown from the sene to the University of Toledo Medical Center where as of late Monday she was in serious condition.
She was the sole passenger in a 2006 Pontiac G6 driven by her mother Cassie McCowan. The vehicle was headed northeast on County Road 185 at a high rate of speed when about 7p.m. just past Township Road 228, the Pontiac went off the left side of the road after failing to negotiate a turn.
The Pontiac was then stuck in a group of trees before overturning and coming to rest on its side. EMS crews arrived quickly and pulled McCowan from the vehicle, but they had to extricate Taylor. McCowan was taken by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital where she is being treated for what seems to be non-life-threatening injuries.
