Child suffers wrongful death after car seat was ejected | Ohio child accident lawyers

According to a recent article by the Jere Beasley Report, a Montana Supreme Court ruled that the car seat company Evenflo was partly liable for a four-month-old infant's death when his car seat was ejected in a rollover car accident.

The child death lawsuit alleged that the company's car seat was defectively designed because the plastic seatbelt hooks that secured the seat in the vehicle were prone to fracturing, according to the report.

The family of the child was awarded $6.7 million in this tragic child accident case.
