7-month-old Skull Fractured | Toledo Ohio Child Injury Lawyer
Christopher DeCou has been charged with first degree assault after admitting to punching a 7-month-old named Anthony in the back of his head and fracturing its skull. Reports say he did it because the baby was crying and would not go to sleep.
He was babysitting the child while the child’s mother was at work.
The baby spent six nights at Cardinal Glennon and is expected to make a full recovery.
DeCou is being held in the St. Charles County Jail on $150,000 cash-only bond.
